Adult Ministries
Bible Study Fellowship
Adults have Bible Study Fellowship at that same time as children and teens meet for Sunday School. A variety of different formats and topics offer something for everyone during the course of the year. Bible Study Fellowship is a place to make friends, share burdens, and grow in your faith and knowledge of God. The class "Discovering Galilee Baptist Church is offered periodically giving newcomers a chance to get to know more about the church and its family.

Deacon Caring Groups
Each year the church family is divided into small groups for encouragement, fellowship, and ministry. One of our six deacons is placed over each group. Along with the church staff, the deacons pray for their group, challenge them to spiritual growth and service, and ensure their spiritual care. Groups will often meet for times of fellowship and prayer.
Fellowship Activities
Fellowship is friendship with an added spiritual element. It includes God in the conversations and activities. At Galilee, we have many things we do as a church family that are just fun - but God is always included. Whether it's a church picnic, or bonfire, or ice cream fellowship, or game time, or Christmas caroling, or anything else you will find the even surrounded by prayer. As friends converse with one another they often talk about the goodness of God in their lives and how they are being challenged. You'll find the calendar full of opportunities to get to know other Christians as we journey through life.

Prayer Ministry
Prayer is vital in the life and ministry Galilee and we have seen God's answers to prayer on a regular basis. Prayer time is emphasized during the services, as well as during Sunday School and all the regular programs and ministries of the church. Prayer is the special focus of the Wednesday night prayer meeting. Additionally, Galilee maintains a prayer chain for members of the church and community. Prayer requests are relayed by phone, internet, and weekly prayer bulletins.
Women's Ministries
The "Women of Galilee" meet monthly at a brunch meeting where they pray together, fellowship together, and plan for all the different activities and ministries conducted by the ladies. These activities include secret partners, fellowship meals, showers, craft activities, and occasional Bible study groups.
